Appointment setting for a window cleaning company
Residential keeps the lights on, and commercial route work keeps them on in January. Storefronts, restaurants, dealerships, medical offices and property managers buy on a schedule, at $35 to $45 a stop for a small storefront and well past $120 for a showroom, and they almost never arrive from an ad. Somebody has to ask. Most owners hate this part, so it never happens, and the route that would carry the slow season never gets built.
Callers work a list of businesses in the corridors you already drive, get past the counter to whoever signs, and put a walkthrough on your calendar. Expect roughly one appointment per twenty-five to forty conversations. The mistake is pitching a price on the phone. The goal of the call is a five-minute walkthrough, nothing more. After two weeks you should have a handful of appointments booked and a clear read on which corridors answer.
