Analytics and reporting for a window cleaning company
Most window cleaning owners have three or four things running and no idea which one produced last week's jobs. Ask where a booking came from and the honest answer is usually "the internet." That is how a channel keeps getting funded for a year after it stopped working. The fix is one number per channel: cost per booked job, not clicks and not impressions.
That means call tracking on every source, form sources tagged, and somebody marking in the calendar whether a quote turned into work. Ad platforms will each claim the same job, so one shared source of truth matters. The other mistake is a twelve-page dashboard nobody opens. One page, weekly, with calls, leads, quotes, booked jobs and cost per booked job by channel is enough to run a company on. After two weeks you have baselines, and by the end of the month you can defend or kill any line of your marketing budget with an actual number.
